WHAT HOME IMPROVEMENTS CAN BE FINANCED?

To obtain 6.99% APR, you must have a Home Energy Audit completed by a participating MD Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Auditor within 30 days of the completion of your work. At minimum, you must have insulation installed and duct sealing completed. These must conform to Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Standards.

To obtain 9.99% APR, any single qualifying ENRGY STAR improvements, replacements or repairs. No audit is necessary.
