Our Principles

Our principles are simple; we honor God, our families and our country all we do, and serving others as best we possibly can is the most honorable way we can accomplish that. Integrity, honesty and honor are more than words to us; they define our personal and business character.

Our Purpose
Born out of frustration by not having control or influence in how much energy costs our household, we invested in market research and product research to determine what we could do to address this frustration and to serve like-minded others as well; hence Glory Energy Solutions LLC was formed.

Who We Are

Glory Energy Solutions LLC is a woman-owned business formed in 2007 by Leah Crace-Jones and Tim Jones. We bring our respective management and business expertise to the enterprise; Leah has 18 years experience as Executive Director of the American Red Cross in Frederick County Maryland, and Tim ended his career with the American Red Cross managing national training programs for the organization’s national headquarters in Washington, DC. We both have responded to the emergency needs of people in hundreds of local emergencies (primarily house fires) as well as many dozens of national disasters that included floods, wild fires, air crash disasters, tornados, hurricanes, the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Our respective personal missions with this humanitarian organization, coupled with our strong Christian faith, enable us to now serve others by helping them to save energy and make energy.

Our name, Glory Energy Solutions, reflects who we are and our service. We honor God in all we say and do, and give Him the glory for all the blessings He provides us every day, so we named the company reflective of that praise. Energy solutions is our way of looking at an issue (the ever increasingly expensive costs for home energy) and addressing it in a more comprehensive way.
