We are certified Building Analysts by the Building Performance Institute (BPI), certified consultants and mentor/trainers with the Maryland Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program, and authorized dealers of BP Solar products and systems.

Our Purpose
Born out of frustration by not having control or influence in how much energy costs our household, we invested in market research and product research to determine what we could do to address this frustration and to serve like-minded others as well; hence Glory Energy Solutions LLC was formed. "Energy Solutions" is more than just a name, it is our business model.

We are bringing the next generation of jobs and careers to Maryland, focused in energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions.

Who Are These People?

Glory Energy Solutions LLC is a woman-owned business formed in 2007 by Leah Crace-Jones and Tim Jones. We bring our respective management and business expertise to the enterprise; Leah has 18 years experience as Executive Director of the American Red Cross in Frederick County Maryland, and Tim (veteran, U.S. Army) ended his career with the American Red Cross managing specialized training programs for the organization’s national headquarters in Washington, DC.

Over the years both have responded to the emergency needs of people in hundreds of local emergencies (primarily house fires) as well as many dozens of national disasters that included floods, wild fires, air crash disasters, tornados, hurricanes, the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and the precedent setting devastation of Hurricane Katrina in 2005; spending days to months away from our home and family. Our respective personal missions with this humanitarian organization, coupled with our strong Christian faith, enable us to now serve others by simply helping them to save energy and make energy.

Our Name

Our name, Glory Energy Solutions, reflects who we are and our service. We honor God in all we say and do, and give Him the glory for all the blessings He provides us every day, so we named the company reflective of that praise.

Energy solutions is our way of looking at the issue of the ever increasingly expensive costs of energy for the home and light commercial applications, and resolving it in a more comprehensive way.
