The 27th Annual Celebrate Gaithersburg was a great opportunity to tell people about Maryland Home Performance with ENERGY STAR.
Our colleague, Bill Gray of All Star Home Inspection, shared the duty of "manning the booth".
Many people were interested in how a professional ENERGY STAR home performance energy audit would help them save money... by saving energy!
That's what we're all about!

We had a great time providing all the electricity needs for the first inaugural greeNEWitFEST, the inaugural Eco-Friendly Party-In-The-Park, held at the Alpha Ridge Park Pavilion in Howard County. The local band KB DRIVE performed and numerous green businesses were present displaying their goods and services.
We used our demonstrator mobile solar generator to provide all the electricity in a silent, no combustion fuel, no noise, no pollution way!! And yes, we proved green really rocks.

Glory Energy Solutions LLC participated in the SMART Green Showcase, held at the FSK Holiday Inn in Frederick, Maryland. We had the mobile solar generator (built by Mobile Solar Power of Atascadero, CA) demo on display outdoors as well as a booth display indoors of our work in energy efficiency and renewable energy.
The SMART Green Showcase was a great opportunity to interact with and learn from other "green collar" companies, learn about government programs, incentives, the benefits to green your business, and definitely networking with homeowners and businesses trying to go green.

This event was sponsored by the SMART Organization (Strengthening the Mid-Atlantic Region for Tomorrow) in conjunction with Congressman Roscoe Bartlett, co-leader of the SMART Congressional Caucus, comprised of 41 Representatives and 8 Senators working together to provide acquisition, R&D, and educational opportunities for the Mid-Atlantic region.

It was a lovely weekend and there were hundreds of beautiful horses competing in the Maryland Horse Trials at Loch Moy Farms near Adamstown, Maryland. We were pleased to be able to provide all the silent, exhaust-free electricity from our demonstrator mobile solar generator to the vendors, judges stations and more.

Glory Energy Solutions LLC used their demonstrator model mobile solar generator (built by Mobile Solar Power of Atascadero, CA) to supply power to a Frederick County, Maryland group of Amateur Radio operators in the annual Amateur Radio Relay League (ARRL) Field Day! It was a first for Glory Energy, it was a first for several of the amateur radio operators, and a good time was had by all.
The event was visited by Congressman Roscoe Bartlett (R-MD), a long-time advocate of clean, renewable energy. Pictured are Congressman Bartlett and Tim Jones of Glory Energy Solutions.
They discussed Congressman Bartlett’s personal use of renewable energies at home, and the potential application for the mobile solar generators.
