Our Residential Energy Auditors become proficient and certified in providing residential energy performance audits. This involves the specialized use of equipment and instrumentation in building pressurization, analyzing the efficiencies of combustion appliances (furnaces, boiler and hot water heaters), balanced air handling, instruments for the detection of fuel and gas leaks, detective work to find any performance leaks in a building’s HVAC system or exterior envelope, infrared thermographic imaging, and the energy consumption of appliances.
